- Welcome clients to the Salon
- Assess the client’s hair, their ideas, hair history and goals for the future
- Assimilate conversation and examine hair to develop a game plan
- Wash, rinse, blow dry clients and provide relaxing scalp massage
- Design, cut, trim and shave hair using professional tools
- Apply a wide array of hair coloring techniques to include single process, highlights, ombre, balayage, and toner
- Style hair in a variety of ways to include blow drying, curling, braiding, and updos
- Apply hair treatments as needed to include, scalp treatments, conditioning treatments, Brazilian blowouts, and straightening
- Educate clients on home care included the benefits of professional hair care, upsell the clients on salon products
- Proactively recruit new clients on an ongoing basis
