"I have been with this salon since their original location in Trappe, I’d say at least 6-7 years now - maybe longer. I think there is something to be said about the service and quality of service when you can return to a place of business every 6-8 weeks for over 5 years!! Steph and her team are talented, down to earth people. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so. "Avalanche has always done the best they could for my hair and did what was right and healthy for my hair. I don’t understand such negative reviews; when I come I am always offered water and coffee and they have very comfortable atmosphere. Customer service is wonderful and I could never see anyone who works at this salon act rude or negative to a customer whatsoever. They are all great and talented. They gave me great advice for my hair and my hair is super healthy. I truly believe the negative reviews come from negative and insecure people. This salon is great and that is the strong opinion of many many very satisfied customers."
